All 4 apartments are ideal starting points for sporting activities on the Arlberg in summer and winter, as well as a place to relax and retreat. ##### Apartment, flat or vacation rental?

We say apartment. In Britain you'd call it a flat; on booking portals it's often listed as a holiday apartment or vacation rental; and here in Tyrol people say *Ferienwohnung*. With us it all means the same thing: four private apartments between 41 and 93 m² in St. Anton am Arlberg, each with a fully equipped kitchen, its own bathroom and a private sauna. No hotel room, no breakfast room, no fixed schedules — you have your own key and your own rhythm.

##### Apartments for couples, small families and friends

Four sizes, four characters. Apartment #1 at around 41 m² is the smallest — often just right for two. #2 at 50 m² and #4 at 53 m² have room for two to four. And #3, our signature apartment at 93 m², has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and its own small wellness area — for four to six, for [a small family](https://www.omaela.com/en/family-vacation-apartment-st-anton/) or when friends come along.

##### The private sauna

On holiday at the Omaela, relaxation shouldn't fall short either. That's taken care of by the spacious, warm and pared-back apartments on the one hand, and by the deliberately generous bathrooms with that famous finishing touch on the other — your **own sauna**.

At 60 or 90 degrees, the sauna can be used at any time; there are no classic 'opening hours'. Enjoy the **infusion** with the scents provided, or completely neutral. And of course **towels and bathrobes** are ready for you.

**So what's still standing in the way of a relaxing holiday on the Arlberg?**

##### Design apartments in a quiet location

Let's be honest: **location** matters — in summer, in winter and on the days in between. Our apartments sit in the second row behind the village street, in a traffic-calmed zone (our guests may of course drive in). **That guarantees quiet.** The building is around 100 m from the **Nassereinbahn**, your feeder lift in winter: from there it's straight up to the Gampen, and from there the whole Arlberg ski area opens up to you (Kapall, Galzig, Rendl, Schindler, Lech and Zürs am Arlberg and beyond).

##### Winter & ski holidays on the Arlberg

From [December to April](https://www.omaela.com/en/arlberg-stories/december-ski-vacation-stanton-arlberg/), the Arlberg — **Austria's largest ski area** — impresses with world-famous slopes and freeride terrain. The pistes are perfectly groomed every day, and the Nassereinbahn is around 100 m away, less than a two-minute walk. Over 300 km of piste and at least as much **freeride** terrain are open to our apartment guests. If skiing isn't all you're after, there's plenty more on the Arlberg any time: **swimming** or the fitness centre at the Arlberg WellCom Center, **climbing** or **tennis** at Arl.Rock, or **cross-country skiing** on the ever-growing network of trails.

And for recovery after eventful days of skiing and winter on the Arlberg with family or friends, there are our **apartments with a private sauna**.

###### Hiking, biking & more in St. Anton am Arlberg

Summer on the Arlberg keeps growing in popularity: rugged nature, pleasant temperatures and something for every age group. Most in demand are biking and e-biking as well as hikes up to our huts and alpine pastures.

Included for our guests is the free St. Anton mobility card, from the very first night: it takes you through the region on all buses, includes one guided hike, plus single entries to the museum, the mining museum, the Tyrolean Evening and a torchlight hike, as well as the children's programme. If you'd like to use the mountain lifts and the swimming pool every day, you can upgrade to the Premium Summer Card on site (3, 5 or 7 days, at extra cost).

For downtime, our balconies and terraces await: Apartment #1 has a small terrace on the quiet east side in addition to its balcony, while Apartment #3 has a large terrace for long evenings outdoors.

In these **four holiday apartments** you'll find everything you need for your days on the **Arlberg** — and more. Starting with free Wi-Fi (yes, pretty fast — but feel free to switch off now and then), a covered car park, a ski room with a ski locker for every **apartment** (in summer perfect for hiking and cycling gear), a passenger lift or fresh bread rolls on request, right through to a **private spa** with its own sauna in every apartment, large showers with fine toiletries, towels and bathrobes, or balconies & terraces. Well-equipped kitchens, fine living areas and good design go without saying. So everything is ready for the Holy Days at the Omaela.

Right from the start, we wanted to strike the much-used phrase 'feel like home' from our vocabulary — when it comes to a holiday in our Omaela apartments on the Arlberg. Because in our apartments our guests shouldn't feel at home: it's about the time off you've earned, the finest days of the year, away from work, routine and maybe stress too. So these holidays on the Arlberg are 'sacred' to us. And that's why at the Omaela we like to say: **holidays are holy days**. Feel good? Yes. Feel safe and cosy? Yes. Enjoy the time off? Yes.
