What is included in the apartment rates?

Fast Wi-Fi, towels & bathrobes, toiletries, parking, final cleaning, private ski locker in the ski room, private sauna in every apartment, elevator, Nespresso coffee machine, daily bread delivery service, Vino-Take self-service drinks, payment at check-out, board games to borrow in the lounge

Is there a private sauna in every apartment?

Yes, each of our apartments has its own private sauna in the bathroom.

How far is Apartmenthaus Omaela from the ski slope?

Our house is just 100 m from the Nassereinbahn lift, making it almost directly on the slope – ski-in & ski-out is possible.

Do you offer breakfast or a bread delivery service?

We don't offer breakfast, but we provide daily fresh bread delivery directly to your apartment with high-quality products from the local bakery Ruetz. Orders can be placed the day before.

Is parking and Wi-Fi available?

Yes, all guests can park free of charge and enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Apartments 1, 2, and 4 each include one parking space, while Apartment #3 offers two. If you require additional parking, please let us know in advance.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.

How does check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. You will receive all details by email before your arrival.

Is there a ski room with boot dryers?

Yes, our modern ski room features boot dryers and secure, lockable lockers for your equipment.

Are the apartments suitable for families with children?

Yes, our apartments are ideal for families. Upon request, we provide baby beds and games for children.

Can we go hiking or biking in summer at your place?

Yes! St. Anton am Arlberg offers fantastic hiking and biking opportunities in summer — starting right from the house.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, the minimum stay is generally 3 nights. During the main winter seasons, our apartments are only rented from Sunday to Sunday.

What payment methods are available?

Payments can be made in cash or with all major credit cards.

Are the apartments cleaned during the stay?

Our apartments are cleaned at the end of your stay (final cleaning), which is included in the price. For stays of one week or longer, we also provide one additional mid-stay cleaning.

Is travel insurance available?

We recommend taking out travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can include it directly when making your booking.

Minimum stays and arrival days

In winter, stays from Sunday - Sunday (7 nights or 14 nights) are possible in the high season. In low and mid season also short stays with a minimum stay of 3 nights are possible with departure days Sunday and Thursday.

In summer, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.

What are the regular cancellation conditions?

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. 
  • 6 weeks to 3 weeks before arrival date you have to pay 50% of the total costs. 
  • 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival date 70% of the total booking value will be charged.
  • If you cancel within the last week before arrival, 90% of the total booking value will be charged.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the room rate will be charged in full.

Of course we will try to re-let the cancelled apartments. If we are successful, the cancellation fee will be waived!
