Omaela Breakfast Tips

Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day: especially when freshly groomed slopes or challenging bike tours are on the agenda. Omaela has the right tips for you.

Der Bäcker Ruetz

Der Bäcker Ruetz is just a 3-minute walk from us
(Bakery St. Anton Infopoint, Arlbergstraße 83, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg).
This is where you’ll find the best bread for breakfast, a mid-morning snack, or a traditional Alpine Marend.

We are happy to order fresh bread and pastries for you from Der Bäcker Ruetz.
Simply fill out our bread order form at the reception by 7:00 pm the day before.
Your order will be delivered fresh in the morning and waiting for you in a linen bag at your apartment door.

The bakery also offers breakfast menus – highly recommended.

Regio-Box

The Regio-Box is conveniently located directly opposite Der Bäcker Ruetz (Arlbergstraße 83).

Here you’ll find fresh regional products such as homemade jams, raw milk, and farm eggs – perfect for a truly local breakfast.
One of the best things about it: by purchasing these high-quality organic products, you are also supporting local farmers.

Nespresso Coffee in the Omaela Apartments

Each Omaela Apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, ready to brew the perfect espresso or coffee.
Nespresso is simple, reliable, and easy to use – and what convinced us most is their commitment to sustainability.

Since 2021, Nespresso capsules are recyclable. In our apartments, capsules are collected separately and responsibly recycled by us.

Good to know:
Nespresso capsules are provided free of charge in your apartment.
If you need a refill, our reception team will be happy to help – additional capsules are available at a small cost price.
And of course, fresh milk is already waiting for you in the fridge.

And Then: Up to the Mountain

No matter the season – summer, winter, or anything in between – the mountains await after breakfast.

Our apartments are located right next to the Nassereinbahn.

Winter

After breakfast, head straight to our ski room, where your ski boots are waiting in a heated ski locker.
Grab your skis and take the Nassereinbahn up towards Gampen – from there, the entire Arlberg ski area opens up before you.

Looking for a perfect warm-up run?
Take the lift up to Kapall and ski all the way back down to the Nassereinbahn in one go.
Your legs will be warm afterwards – we promise.

Summer

In summer, start your day on foot to one of the many mountain huts and alpine pastures, or head straight for a nearby summit.
Along the way, you’ll discover hidden mountain lakes – ideal for a refreshing dip or at least cooling your feet.

Alternatively, hop on a bike or e-bike and explore the mountains on two wheels.
